Content publishing workflow within School Stream is handled with user roles. Your school can handle workflow using any of the following user roles.
- Administrator – nothing is off limits
- Editor – has access to all content, media, categories and links.
- Author – can write, upload photos to, edit, and publish their own content.
- Contributor – has no publishing or uploading capability, but can write and edit their own content until they are published by an authorised user
